By using the RouteWay platform to search, reserve, or purchase tour packages, you agree to these terms. Our services allow you to discover unique destinations and book curated travel experiences. If you do not agree with any part of these rules, you may not make reservations through our website.

2. Booking and Reservations

All travel bookings are subject to availability. When you confirm a tour, a valid payment method is required to secure your spot. We act as a booking platform, and your final itinerary will be provided upon successful payment. Prices for travel packages may fluctuate based on seasonal demand, but the price confirmed at the time of your booking is final.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

We understand that travel plans change. You may cancel your tour booking up to 14 days before the scheduled departure for a full refund, less any non-refundable deposits imposed by specific destination operators. Cancellations made within 14 days of departure may be subject to partial or no refunds, depending on the specific tour package rules.

4. Traveler Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring you have valid travel documents, including passports and necessary visas, before your departure date.

You must arrive at designated tour meeting points on time. Tour operators cannot delay departures for late arrivals.

You agree to follow the safety guidelines provided by local tour guides during excursions.
